7/9/2009 - Loan Modification
At this point I was at my wit's end!! Legal Loan Bailout negotiators were able to modify clients' adjustable rate mortgage of 6.875% to a new step interest rate for the next 10 years.

The clients interest rate for years 1 to 3 is 1%  with a savings of $3,111/month

The clients rate for years 4 to 6 is  3% with a savings of $2,034/month

The clients rate for years 6 to 10 is 5% with a savings of $1,034/month

 During the loan modification process we were able to discharge their second mortgage of $105,000 due to the property being severely depreciated.  They no longer have a second mortgage.
